Established in 1986, Mono Services originally began with a handful of trades’ professionals working for a small number of housing associations in and around the Manchester area.

Since then we have expanded our service offering into the insurance and commercial sectors, whilst substantially increasing the work carried out for a number of housing associations in the social housing sector.

On 27th September 2008 Spice Plc acquired Mono Services

Mono has joined the Integrated Compliance Services Division of Spice, who specialise in the delivery of high standards of service to public sector clients.

Mono, with its partners in Spice, will now be able to offer a wide range of services giving some customers a true one stop fully integrated service solution.
